Project Management
All VNA projects are structured by five phases of project management. These include conception/initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and project close. This means your project will be on time within budget, fully aligned with the desired and agreed quality and safety requirements.
Permission Processses
VNA facilitates house building permit processes that are subject to building codes. There is also a plan in place to fully understand if the development is in compliance with master plans for the area. Criteria for planning permission are part of urban planning and construction laws, and usually managed by local governments. Additionally, VNA manages regular inspections during construction and after completion, to appropriately ensure compliance with national, regional, and local building codes.
Renovation Projects
One of VNA’s areas of expertise and experience are renovation projects, also called remodelling including improvement of broken, damaged, or outdated structures.
Renovations are typically implemented on commercial or residential properties ranging from a complete restructuring to a single room or special custom designed transformations.
Clients include individual families, municipalities, companies, and investors.
